Origin
Foundation Juan-Cruzado-Vértice Salud is an entity which was born in the year 2000 of the personal experience of the Founder, Juan Cruzado, who lost his mother due to a long and hard illness of Alzheimers. This experience leads him to the purpose of wanting to reconcile for 20 years his professional management of Grupo Vértice with the management of the Foundation. It starts with a Day Centre on the Paseo de los Tilos, and, years later, moves to Calle Paganini with larger facilities of 1,000 square meters.
Visión
Today’s society lives in a globalized world in which the economic performance of entities and businesses is increasingly important and socially taken into account. At the same time, the particular circumstances of people are ignored, above all of those who are considered socially more disadvantaged by many different causes.
Many older people form a part of the collective of vulnerable people, having spent all of their lives working and supporting society in general and particularly their families, with a situation of a lack of economic and social resources that do not allow them to have their basic needs met.

At the Foundation we are convinced that with our decision, attitude, effort and work we can improve the lives of many Elderly People, their families and their carers.
Therefore, we work every day for a long-term project, of constant improvement and growth, as well as economically sustainable and independent of any ideology or entity. Focusing our actions on fulfilling our “Working by and to old people” mission.
